I started Launched Marketing because some of the most amazing local businesses look invisible online. Not because they're bad at what they do. Sometimes they just don't know where to start, and there's only so many hours in a day. Marketing keeps getting pushed to the back burner either way. Sound familiar?
Over the last nine years I've worked with some of the largest, most respected organizations in the country, building marketing teams and strategies at a high level. From national digital media ad campaigns at Peter Mayer Advertising, to brand positioning and communications for the New Orleans Saints during the Superdome's $500M renovation, to digital strategy, customer acquisition, and customer lifecycle marketing across eight states at a national solar energy company. I've seen what works.
Along the way, I picked up a few things here and there. I understand how to build a customer journey that actually works. I can write copy that drives sales. I've managed real media budgets and know how to measure what's moving the needle. I've worked alongside sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure we are making an impact. I've even picked up my FAA Part 107 certification, so yes, I fly drones professionally.
But here's the honest truth. None of that matters unless I understand YOUR business first. That's how I work. I learn what you do, who your customers are, and what makes you different. Then I build a plan around that. Not a template. Not a guess. A real plan.
